Throughout my career, I have established a reputation as a communications leader who has experience in all aspects of the field of mass communications, from being an editor at a TV station to being a trusted communications advisor to the C-suite. I have done it all! I majored in Broadcasting from Curtin University, Australia, and received a Danish National scholarship to study my Master's degree in Corporate Communications at Aarhus University.
Change Management
I am a Certified Change Management Professional from prosci and has helped organisations like Carlsberg and Pandora navigate significant transitions, such as restructuring, digital transformations, or implementing new technologies. I believe that assessing organisational readiness for change is a crucial step to developing tailored strategies to engage stakeholders at every level and in any culture.
Intercultural Communication
My expertise in intercultural communications and leading diverse teams in global organisations was further proven when I was invited to be an external lecturer for 'Cultural Theory' for undergraduate students at Aarhus University.

My passion for developing and empowering leaders led me to pursue an executive coaching certification through Henley Business School, University of Reading. This training has equipped me with the ability to support people navigating through their professional lives effectively. With over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing change communication strategies globally, I am currently the strategic and communications partner for the CFO function at Pandora. I hold a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) credential from Prosci, and a master's degree in corporate communications and a certified executive coach from University of Reading.
My core competencies include stakeholder management, leadership communication, internal communication, and branding implementation. I have successfully created and delivered communication material for global stakeholders, tailoring each material to suit the local culture, norms, and languages.
I have also managed cross-functional teams in executing and training stakeholders on new ways of working. My goal is to create a voice, image, and personality for new concepts, campaigns, or change ideas that inspire trust, awareness, and engagement among all stakeholders.
